Don’t forget to upload copies of your important documents. You will need the following -

• A copy of your most recent school reports if any; and

• A copy of any relevant medical, wellbeing and/or diagnostic reports if any; and

• A copy of your birth certificate if you have one; and

• A passport or Immicard; and

• A copy of your visa letter; and

• A copy of your Medicare Card and Centrelink Card (if you have one)
